Utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and psycho-education, Joe counsels older adolescents and adults who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, post-trauma, multi-cultural/multi-racial identity, and life-transition issues. In addition to thirty years of clinical experience, Joe continues his own learning in the recent advances of treating post trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as cognitive behavioral treatment strategies, and staying updated neurobiology & neuroscience advances.
