On-Line Registration and Check in

Before your first appointment, you will receive a text and/or email requesting that you Check-in Online for your appointment. Your initial registration / check-in will take about 10 minutes and will include the following steps: verifying and updating your demographic information, signing registration forms, and entering your payment information. You will need to complete the initial online check-in before your first visit. We recommend having your insurance card, license, and payment information readily available before starting check-in. You may notice that the link for online check-in will have Epion in the URL.
